What began as a modest sweet and namkeen shop near IIT Roorkee, founded by Shri Ram Prakash Batra, has blossomed into PRAKASH — a beloved name cherished across North India and beyond. Now led by the third generation, we continue to honor our roots while embracing modern techniques to craft delicious treats that bring joy to every palate.
