We ship all orders from our facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays. During festive seasons, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. No additional or hidden charges will be applied after order placement.
We currently deliver pan-India through trusted logistics partners. If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of order, our team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or process a refund.
We do not currently ship internationally. For international orders or bulk/corporate requests, please contact us directly at feedback@onlineprakash.com.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

All our products are carefully packaged to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit. Sweets and perishable items are packed in food-grade, tamper-proof packaging to maintain quality and hygiene.
For gift orders, we use premium gift-ready packaging. If you have special packaging requirements, please mention them while placing your order or contact our team.
Due to the perishable nature of our products (sweets, namkeen, snacks, dry fruits), we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged, spoilt, expired, or is an incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.
If you received a damaged, spoilt, or incorrect order, please follow these steps:
Important: Please do not consume or discard the product before contacting us, as we may need it for quality inspection. If the product poses a health risk, please safely set it aside and photograph it.
Once a refund is approved:
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, email us at feedback@onlineprakash.com with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated under our return policy upon delivery.
